About your presenter: Alex Collins is a qualified Professional Counsellor and Trainer. Alex began her trajectory as Centacare Mackay Manager in September 2006, a qualified Counselling Psychologist (USA), Professional Counsellor (Aus) and Trainer- Alex has over nine years of experience as an individual and couple counsellor specialising in Rational Emotive Therapy, Gestalt, Jungian Psychoanalysis and Psychopharmacology.
One of Alex’s passions is training and professional development, as a Qualified Mental Heath First Aid Educator Alex has delivered over 15, six hour courses since 2007 and has also written and presented sessions on Counselling Skills, Psychoneuroimmunology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Victim Behaviour and Trauma and Narrative Therapy.
